Trenton High School Secures $7,500 Grant for an Interactive Reality Fair! Trenton High School is bringing real-world financial lessons to life with a Reality Fair on Monday, March 31st from 9:00am - 12:00pm! This grant will allow 9th-11th grade students to step into the shoes of working professionals—managing a salary, budgeting for expenses, and making critical life decisions. Plus, there’s a hope to expand this experience by inviting students from neighboring school districts! We will be reaching out to community members to partner with us to make this an authentic experience for students! TRENTON KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION Friday, March 21, 2025 Children are eligible for kindergarten in North Dakota if their 5th birthday is by July 31st. You will need to have a birth certificate and immunization record. A child WILL NOT be able to attend without these documents.

Trenton School is canceling all after school activities for today. There will be no basketball practices and the After School Program is canceled as well. We will continue to monitor the weather conditions through the evening and make any other announcements relating to tomorrow if needed either this evening or early tomorrow morning.

Due to possibly dangerous travel conditions, today’s girls and boys basketball games at South Heart are cancelled.

At the School Board meeting on Tuesday, January 21, the board approved the Superintendent's recommendation to make up the cancelled school day from December 19th on Friday, February 28th. In addition, the district is setting aside Friday, April 25th, as a bad weather makeup day in the event that it is needed. The Public Calendar has been updated and is available on the school website.

Monday's (Jan 20) girls basketball games vs. North Shore-Plaze have been cancelled due to dangerous cold temperatures and wind chills throughout the region.

Reminder... Trenton School will be closed for MLK Jr. Weekend Friday through Monday. School resumes on Tuesday, January 21. Also, Friday, January 24 IS a school day. Have a great weekend!

Hat Day TOMORROW! Wear a hat all day 1-16-25 for $1.00

Trenton School will open two hour late tomorrow, Thursday, January 9th, due to a high potential for icy roads during the morning hours. We will continue to monitor conditions in the morning and make any additional announcements if needed. Buses will run normal routes, just two hours later than normal. School will start at 10:00 am.

This is an important message from Trenton School. Due to high winds, icy road conditions, and a no travel advisory, there will be no school or school activities today, Thursday, December 19th. School administration will be looking at a possible makeup day later in the school year. On behalf of Trenton School, please have a safe and joyful holiday season!

Due to expected severe winter weather, Trenton School is cancelling all after school activies for Wednesday, December 18th. School will dismiss at the regular time and buses will run their regular routes. School administration will continue to monitor weather conditions through the evening and overnight hours, but at present, the plan is to have school tomorrow. If a decision is made to cancel school on Thursday, we will announce that later this evening or early tomorrow morning.

Happy Holidays from Trenton School! This is just a reminder that school dismisses at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 19th for an early start for Winter Break. There will be NO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM on Thursday. School resumes on Thursday, January 2nd and we WILL have school on Friday, January 3rd.
