Trenton School requires a sports physical for all students wishing to participate in athletics. Physical evaluation may be done by the following medical professionals:

• Medical Doctor

• Doctor of Osteopathy

• Physician's Assistant

• Nurse Practiotioner.

The sports physical is valid for one school year. A physical examination must be completed after April 15 to be valid for participation in the following school year.
